Global Shipping not working

Have buyer from Italy waiting on eBay to send global shipping invoice, normally you can't send a invoice when you are set up with global shipping, eBay sends it, now its telling me to choice shipping and send invoice I only do global shipping. Anyone having this problem. Thank you

Look at that particular sold item's listing page and see if it actually had GSP shipping on it.

Some of your recently sold items did not have it.

It could be they were items not allowed by the GSP program.

Must be a eBay problem, my hunting gun related items are not on gsp other item should have gsp, guess I have to get eBay on phone.  Thank you for the reply from Australia.

The 2  rifle parts are not in Global Shipping. The car radio is.

yes that would be right, when I clicked on the send invoice for the radio it ask me to select shipping for international shipping, normally you can't send invoice, eBay sends invoice for global, now I think I know why I had a no pay on the Darrel Waltrip car diecast, that was a global shipping order also, probably never got invoice from eBay. Thank you
