Global Shipping Program

I was under the impression that all of my listings are enrolled in the Global Shipping Program.  Just had a question from Canada asking why I only ship to the USA.  Checked my listings and it appears that NONE of them are currently in the global shipping program.  Tried to revise the listing the question was about and there is no box to check to be in the program...as if it does not exist.  I did have an international sale within the past month using that program.  

Has this happened to anyone else???

I spot checked 7 of your items from different pages and they ALL offered GSP to Canada & Taiwan

It looks ok to me, approx $12-$15  plus import fees on your cards at checkout to Canada.

HI!  Mine is an ongoing issue. I do have Global Shipping checked, however when there is a sale that should use that it does not. My case is under review 3 times now & nothing is done about it. They say it is a glitch.

Thank you for the replies...figured it out.  eBay use to prominently display the GSP info (countries seller ships to) but now it is hidden.  Scroll down the listing and you see 2 side by side boxes:
