I don’t really know what to do here. With the global shipping program we can’t send invoices to international buyers when they want multiple items. I’ve been told the only way around it is to put everything into one listing for them instead. But whenever I tell the buyers this 80% of the time they just get confused. I’ve lost thousands because of this. I don’t get how they don’t understand it. I try to explain it in different words. Or write it in their language. This happens multiple times a week. I accept offers on multiple items from a international buyer and literally all I say is “the only way I can combine the shipping costs is to put everything into one listing for you because eBay doesn’t let me send you an invoice” and then they stop responding or say “I don’t understand” and keep saying that no matter how I try to explain it or they ask to cancel. Any advice?
