Buyer Claimed the Products were not as I stated. This is FALSE. They were exactly as I stated. The buyer I guess was because they paid to much for them. They never contacted me to complain about the product, but gave me a Bad feedback without any exclamation. Yet Ebay took the buyer at their word, and did not listen to my complaint. I am very mad about the way Ebay handled this. My feedback is more important than some loser who didn't like what he bought. Ebay should honor Sellers word and not give special treatment to Buyers.

Well, the item sold was "crankbaits" brand.....(sorry, could not resist)
Unfortunately, e-Bay has no idea in a SNAD, so they gravitate to the Buyer. To e-Bay everything is returnable, for any reason.
Better sales await you. Good luck!

One negative among all those glowing positives will not keep buyers away. What buyers do take into consideration is how a seller responds to a negative. Be calm, factual, and professional, and you will be the one who looks good. In your own words, say something along the lines of: "Sorry buyer is disappointed, but since buyer did not contact me I do not know what his concern is and cannot try to make it right."

@dangal8 It is irritating when buyers make a false Item not as Described claim. I just automatically accept the return. Once I see it's been shipped (or I might wait until I get it back) I message the buyer asking if they could tell me what was not as described so you can correct the listing. They will often reply that they found it cheaper or changed their mind, or they might not respond at all. You can ask ebay to remove the negative feedback. It might take a few attempts (use the Facebook private message function) but if the messaging between you and the buyer confirms that your item was accurately described, they will address it. I've only had 2 reversals in the last few years, but the item was exactly as show and described.
Some people just don't want to pay the return shipping. Wait until it ships or you get it back, or they might intentionally damage the item to make their claim true.
As suggested by maxine*j, just be polite and professional in all your communications. You have so many positives, any reasonable person would not give credit to the one negative that doesn't even say what was supposedly wrong with the item. ebay will always allow the buyer to open INAD cases without any proof.
I always leave my listings as active, even with 0 (zero) available so that I have the listing in case there's a return and I can easily relist bu just changing the quantity. I also can have easy access to the original listing and photos - that should show that the item that was returned was what you listed. Make sure you add that buyer to your Blocked Buyer List.

Your feedback is fine, just move on. Perhaps leave a short polite response that 6 photos were provided.
