I have seen that there is a good demand for female nude pictures (charcoal art/water painting) on ebay. Do we need special permission from ebay if we offer such pictures?

Since there's no freedom of speech and my messages deleted, there's no sense to bother with writing. But I wonder who authorized you to determine what is junk and what is not ?

All of your replies to this thread are still here? At least the ones I read hours ago…
But then again, Freedom on Sperch doesn’t cover posts on a business’s website…

No one of them deleted and a message sent by eBay about the deleted message.

Your post are still there and It doesn't matter what I think.
I see why you don't have a problem with posting that stuff in public places.

Better listen, then, and be careful what you say. You're in the crosshairs.

To the OP:
I think if you read this entire thread, you'll realize there might be some problems with your idea.

Please see my message above.
You see what ? Which public places ?

I don't think there's a problem by eBay's rules when he list them allowed category with ''subject:nudes'' item specific .
This is not my personal opinion just eBay's rules. Of course eBay have a right to completely remove them.
But currently it's allowed.

I'm sure they're referring to eBay, a public place.

I just can't get the "Library Cop" episode of Seinfeld out of my mind after reading that.

Don't forget ankles and elbows. Thank goodness you don't get to be the king of the world and declare what art is, because it would be even more boring of a life than it already is.
