Registering as a seller | eBay
Does eBay have your SS# and banking details? If you're a new seller funds will be on hold, especially if you sold high ticket items. EBay's guarantee means buyers can ask for a refund within 30 days so for new sellers eBay might try and keep an eye on the money. Selling on eBay is like working any other job you don't get paid immediately, some people only get paid once a month.

You are a new seller selliing high dollar items. eBay often asks for receipts to show a seller actually purchased the items he is selling. They may not, but don't be surprised if they ask you for receipts.

Can you return and give more details of your problem so we can offer help or advice?
Seems like you've already made several sales of high dollar items. Don't be surprised if eBay asks you for receipts for those.
Also, do you have your managed payments set up?

You are a new seller selling brand new expensive items. One, eBay will have a hold on your payments for 30 days and eBay is very likely to ask you for things like invoices and receipts from your supplier. I would advice you to wait until you have no more payment issues with eBay before you sell anymore stuff on eBay. It could currently be just the 30 day hold, but it could soon turn out to be more. You don't want your money stuck with eBay.

You did not provide a lot of detail on why eBay has not paid you but if you have everything setup in Managed Payments it is possible eBay is just holding your funds since you are a new seller. Following is the policy on funding holds.

If however eBay has sent you a message requesting receipts or asking for other information pertaining to your sales you need to respond to that inquiry. In the mean time I would suggest if that is the case you end all your items until the issue is resolved. If you sell additional items you will just be adding to the pot of funds eBay has on hold.

First, as a new seller who sold higher cost items at a minimum Ebay will hold your funds for about 30 days after delivery. Second, as a new seller who sold higher cost item that are often pilfered from stores you can, as others have noted, expect to be asked for your receipts for all items sold. If you are unable to provide your receipts then expect to have your account shut down.

The short answer is that we can't help you. Were we all new sellers, we'd have your same problem. Payments on hold | eBay
