Getting paid for a sale

 I’m confused with the payout of my funds that eBay is holding after a sale. The buyer paid my asking price in full. The item I sold required an an Authenticator and that’s been accomplished, the buyer got his item. Reading the utterly confusing eBay’s mumbo jumbo it appears than getting a full layout at one time is not possible. I can opt to receive daily or weekly payments, am I reading the instructions right? Why can’t I get paid in full all at once if the buyer is satisfied and it has paid eBay, on my behalf, in full?

Because you are a new seller you need to prove to eBay you are a responsible seller. The fund hold for new seller's is explained in the terms you would have read, and can be between 21 days and 30 days.
