Getting in touch with Ebay

Is there any way to personally get in contact with Ebay?  This online method stinks.  It just takes me around in circles.  Is there a phone number or other method to use?

Go to HELP (select problem) and go to bottom of page and REQUEST CALLBACK (enter your phone number).
