Getting error while trying to update my identify...

Hello,

Anyone faced this error while updating their identify - "You haven't made any changes. Please review and fix the incorrect info on this page."

Tried passport, driving licence and ID, nothing worked, every field is filled with correct information as well. Contacted customer support, they said it's know issue and they are working on it, but if I sold an item while waiting I won't be able to get my money. 

Anyone find a way to fix it?

If you linked your Payoneer account with your ebay account.

And you verified your Payoneer account, ebay will allow you receiving payments from buyers even ebay didn't receive your identification documents yet.
this happend to me last year, i were receiving payments while ebay keep sending me requests to provide them my identification documents for 3 months, so don't worry.
just wait until ebay fix the error, then upload them your identification document after that.

It looks like you haven't sold anything in a while,  although you do have an active listing.  If you sell it and want to get paid, you need to attach your bank account to Payoneer.  Ebay does not use Paypal as their payment processor anymore.  If you have attached your account and your item sells you will have to wait 30 days for a payout to go to your bank account.  No sales over 90 days and Ebay will treat you as a new seller and you may have limits as well.   If there is still a glitch going on, customer service via Ebay is just going to tell you just that...glitch.  They're known to be NOT helpful.  If you have a facebook account, you can reach out on social media:

They are employees of Ebay  who trouble shoot existing problems and can give you the help you need.  Many positive outcomes have been posted on these boards with their ability to be helpful.

Hey! I have linked my bank account and showed proof without any problems. Yes customer support were not helpful at all, they said it's known glitch and working on fix LOL

All I can say is hang in there.  There were several posts concerning problems for sellers in your part of Europe.  Allegedly ebay has been making some changes and several US sellers were having problems with their seller hubs yesterday as well.  Hopefully they'll get the problem resolved quickly, because when you can't make money, neither can Ebay.  😉

ebay will allow you receiving payments from your buyers even they didn't receive your identification documents yet.

just wait until ebay fix the glitch, then upload them your identification document after that.
