Getting Error Message when trying to verify account details to become an EBAY seller

I have been trying to verify my account details with ebay so that i become a verified seller on ebay. I connected my Payoneer Account, Syncd my Profiles, added my MasterCard on the financial info page..the issue arises on the last stage where i have to click a Submit Request button to request Payoneer to verify my details and its on that page where i am getting this error message that says SOMETHING ISN'T RIGHT, Please double check the info on this page. This is just a guess since we don’t use Payoneer in the United States….. 
Make sure all  details match payoneer and eBay if you have an eBay seller account you must also have a seller account on payoneer. Could even be the addition of the Mastercard.

EBay is only available to make purchases from Zimbabwe and in most instances a freight forwarding service is needed.  Try these platforms.
