Gave Partial Refund. How do I Recoup Ebay Fees?

Hello.  My buyer purchased 2 items from me.  I packed them in the same box and one got damaged in shipment, so I gave her a partial refund through PayPal to cover the damaged one.  Is there any way to recoup my Ebay fees?

Nope.. Buyer had to file a dispute and refund issued through ebay in order for you to be refunded your fees...

If done the ebay way you'd have picked up a defect for providing world class customer service,but circling around ebay through paypal you don't pick up a defect,but lose your FVFs...
