Hi all, I have an item listed with GSP as it is more likely to sell in USA which has been on for over a month now but when I go on eBay.com and search for product it doesn’t show up on there? So I wondered if the Americans can’t see it either, any help would be very much appreciated Thanks

I am in the United States and can't see any of your listings. Perhaps you have the US blocked.

nope, US can't see your items.............  on your previous sales, I see this as far as shipping goes:

May not ship to United States. Read item description or contact seller for shipping options.

meaning you have not set up shipping to the US on the listings....

I looked at the 2 women's accessories listings, and they do not have GSP shipping. They only have shipping to the UK. I looked at several of your vehicle parts listings, and they were the same.

They aren't listed on ebay.com.

That listing only posts to the UK as well. It doesn't have GSP shipping on it.

Import charges for that item are likely to be a major issue. It is not over the price limit for GSP shipping to the USA, but at that price point, it will require a formal entry for customs, which  means more documentation and information are required, including the buyer's tax ID number (SSN). Many USA buyers are not willing to share that information. There's nothing about that on the eBay UK GSP page: https://www.ebay.co.uk/help/selling/posting-items/setting-postage-options/global-shipping-programme?...

Thank you for this what do you think is best option to do as eBay says 5k is limit for price to us and I’ve selected global shipping programme already so is there anything I need to change to enable it to us

It looks as though all the listings on that account are car parts. I looked at several of them, and none of them could be shipped to the USA, they can't be shipped to any other country except the UK. 

So it does not look as though they have GSP shipping available at all.

Because they can't be shipped to anywhere except the UK, I think there is something going on with your international shipping setting. You believe that you have enabled the GSP, but it doesn't seem to be applied. I don't think it is specific to shipping to the USA.

I would recommend that you ask for help on the eBay UK community, because they would have more experience with this.
