GSP disabled after changing active listing

I've been in GSP for a year or so.  It has worked pretty well for me.  No customs forms or standing in line at the post office is a big win in my book.

Except, a few times lately I have added pictures to an active auction (which ebay allows).  But after adding the pictures GSP is disabled.  I can see the box checked if I revise the listing (it can't be changed at this point), but international buyers are unable to bid on the item and it appears that I do not ship through the program.   International buyers make up a good percentage of my buyers and an even larger percentage of total sales (they pay more per item).

I've had this happen a couple of times in the last month.  Calls to ebay have not been any help.  The suggestion is to have the buyer call them.  Ebay then directs them back to me to fix the problem.

Has anyone else seen this?

I can't find anywhere to file a bug report and "support" will not give me a ticket or problem report number.

GSP disabled after changing active listing

@cardwolloper

Sorry for your troubles...

There have been a lot of strange glitches over the last 3-4 weeks.

They don't affect everyone but seem rather random.

I would suggest reading on the "Report Technical Issues" board, check the first 3-4 pages to see if it's already been posted & you can join that existing thread.

If it hasn't been posted;  then that would likely be the best board to report it.

As a temporary work-a-round are you able to re-add GSP manually after editing the listing?

Good Luck
