Contacted by a buyer in Mexico asking about shipping charges.
I use the GSP, but when I went to look at my shipping rates in the lisiting, Mexico wasn't an option.
Reading up on Ebay's info page about GSP - it indicates Mexico is included.
Am I missing something??
I've never excluded any countries, but come to think of it I've nevr sold to Mexico before either..

The GSP will restrict destination countries based on the item's category (maybe even keywords in the item) because of specific import restrictions in a country. For example, you can't send leather goods to Italy ... you can't send jewelry or electronic cigarettes to Mexico (cosmetics may also be denied).
Also, the GSP will restrict destination countries based on the price of the item. Again, this value may be due to the country's import limits, but I've noticed it also with third world countries that may have a high probability of loss, scams, theft, etc.

I saw a rate of a bit over forty dollars for your Antique Vintage Blown Glass Liquor Decanter to Mexico.

Maybe it's just clothing then??
Didn't check a non clothing item since I mostly sell clothing
I looked at several of my items, and Mexico is one of the allowed countries. Your blockade, it appears, is that textiles are prohibited/restricted for import into Mexico. See this FedEx page for a list:

Mexico makes a lot of clothing for 'named' companies, and ships it out.
They don't want it back.
