Hello. I sold a pair of shoes out of country using GSP program...I always thought if it was sent overseas that the buyer can't even open up a return?
reason was 'does not fit', but I feel him shipping it back will cost quite a bit.
How was the return even able to be opened?

Not sure why you thought items couldn't be returned since they were international purchases......they certainly can be returned.........

Unless damaged in transit in which case GSP covers the entire cost with no impact on the seller, the seller's return policy still applies for an international GSP return.
Depending on that return policy, 'does not fit' likely means the buyer must pay for return shipping.

Yes, you need to accept the return but you don't need to pay for the return shipping unless that is a normal part of your return policy.
