A few months ago it was sellers in Morocco.  Before that it was the Baltic and Eastern European countries such as Latvia, Croatia and Serbia.

eBay promotes in certain regions … you can always tell where the newest "outreach" program is running 😉

Come to America and open up a PHO shop instead. Much more profitable.
