I marked "as shipped" but the funds are hold, it means I didn't get paid by ebay yet. I don't have any tracking number of the parcel but I have the post office's invoice and a picture of the parcel at post office as proof. Will I ever get my money back from ebay ?

You will need to provide online viewable tracking, or, wait 30 days for the funds to be released.
Is there a reason you didn’t ship with tracking?

If you have the PO "invoice" meaning the printed receipt of payment, the tracking # should be on it.........pictures will do no good.
oops, you're in Canada and I know nothing about their PO procedures.

Some day you will be paid if your customers do not file claims against you. You will lose all claims of non-receipt if you do not have tracking.

Hi. Ok I will wait 30 days, thanks. The post office didn't give me one. I should have asked.

Have you signed up to be a seller and given eBay your Social Security number and bank information so eBay can pay you? You are required to do this. If you are squared away with eBay to be a seller, since you are a new seller or have not shipped anything in a long time, eBay can hold your funds for up to 30 days.
When you ship a package, you need to enter the tracking number into your sales history. If you buy your labels through eBay, the tracking number is entered automatically, if not, you have to enter the number manually. You said you have a post office invoice; do you mean receipt? If you have a receipt, it should have a tracking number on it. If you do not have a tracking number, this could be a problem because if the buyer should file an "Item not received" claim, you have to have the tracking number to prove whether the item was delivered or not. Proof of mailing does not count and a photo of the item at the post office is meaningless and eBay will not accept that. If the buyer files a non-receipt claim and you cannot prove delivery, you are responsible for refunding the buyer.

Evan if you had a tracking number, looks like it's been awhile since you sold anything, so they would have held the funds for awhile anyway.

Dang! I need to dig around in my gear pile to see if I have one of those saddles!

Ebay has had a rule for many years that pertains to New Seller and sellers that have been away from selling for 90+ days. The following is the policy that outlines why you money is likely on hold.

The OP is from Canada - they have a different type of retirement program call OAS - Old Age Security. Certain is different than o the US Social Security program like CFL is different the NFL football is - https://www.google.com/search?client=firefox-b-1-d&q=Canadian+Foolbal+differ+reules+the+NFL.
But professional hockey and baseball play by the same rules on both sides of the border - seems strange EH?

My very limited understanding of Canada Post indicates that some economical package services do not automatically include tracking. If the service that you purchased included tracking, surely the number would appear somewhere on your receipt. I suggest that you find the web site for Canada Post and look up the terms of the service that you purchased.
US-based sellers have limited insight here because in the US, all package services automatically include tracking at no additional cost. Only First Class letter post and "Large envelope" services lack tracking, but some sellers use them anyway for lower-value items which meet the packaging criteria for those services.
