Sri Lankans cannot get paid by Paypal which does not work in your country.

If someone sold you a Philipping account, your money is gone forever.

You have been cheated by criminals.

You might try opening a PaisaPay account which is available in India. I hope that will be available.

Just make sure you don't try drop shipping on ebay. What information about selling on ebay have you heard and where did you hear it? Be careful you can't get paid via PayPal in your country. If someone sold you a PayPal account you've been robbed. There have been countless members from Sri Lanka asking simlar questions and being told to post on this board.
