Deadbeats with _0 after ebay ID

I've had a rash of deadbeat bidders and EVERY SINGLE ONE has a _0 after their ID. Whether no feedback or 1000.I've began blocking all that have the _0 after their ID. Anyone else have this problem ?

buyer has paid for item and has yet to pick up item locally.

I sold an item and the buyer has paid for it. They selected local pick-up. I have sent messages trying to set up a time for pick-up and the buyer has not responded. Has anyone dealt with this issue before and if so, how was it resolved?
