So I recently sold a “lot” of basketball cards and noticed that the buyer had placed two separate offers from two different accounts. I know it was the same person as the location are both from phillipines and offers were sent within minutes of eachother. Both accounts had feedback on them. I sent a counter offer and they accepted immediately.
i then noticed they were using a reshipper or a freight forwarder. I’ve sold to forwarders in the past and didn’t have a problem, but this one felt a little different as I googled the address and almost every review involving eBay was a BEWARE post or SCAMMERS. The reviews are saying that they are scammers and that they pick the packages up at post office and it doesn’t update tracking allowing buyer to claim they never received it. The buyers location is in the Philippines yet the address is 13822 NE Airport Way Portland, OR. Has anyone ever shipped to this address and not have any problems? I know good people and bad people use freight forwarders but I just don’t want to become victim to a scam. Should I cancel it? Or just send the package.

Many of my overseas customers from Asia use that particular address inn Oregon. I haven't had any issues shipping to that freight forwarder address. If you feel hesitant, then you can always apply an adult signature requirement upon delivery at the Oregon address.
Good luck!

Thank you for this response. Recently, discrimination for buyers using FF has been at an all-time high. for many of us outside the US, using freight forwarders is our only way of having items shipped to us at a reasonable rate.
