Hi
I have "buyer pays return shipping" but want to edit my items to "free return shipping".
Can anyone tell me how I can bulk edit all my 1600 items in one step?
And, would this be an advantage on my ebay fees?
Anyone?
Danny

Listings > Active Listings>Edit>Edit All.
You can bulk edit all of them at the same time from there. There should be options under domestic shipping.
In bulk edit:
Return Options>Accept Returns>Return Shipping Paid by
Easy peasy.

Since you are already TRS, if you have free return shipping and one or same day handling, those listings would show a TRS+ badge on them. You would receive a 10% discount on your fvf on those listings. You might not want to have free return shipping on the items that are heavy to ship but you would have decide on that.
If you don't use business policies, you should be able to add free returns to your listings via bulk edit but I would probably only do a couple of hundred at a time. Too many listings at once might make the feature stall.

I've never more than 300 listing and that was a while ago so have never bulk edited as many as you have. Have you done all of them at once without a problem? I've read that one should be cautious but I don't know that first hand.

I've done them all at once and in increments less than that (for different categories). I can't say I've really had any problems with it. Maybe I'm just lucky? The OP might be more comfortable doing 50 at a time, or by category.

Your choice, but "free returns" in the clothing is a gutsy move.
Free returns for......... changed my mind.
don't like the color.
it makes me look fat.
my husband/wife/friend/child/parent doesn't like it.
I've worn it, and now done with it.
can take all the fun right out of a 10% FVF sprout.
