Have had very few returns over the years, but all of a sudden in one week have 2 returns with people saying they bought a part that does not fit. On both items i include pictures to tell if they will fit. Now with teh new policy i have to return ther shipping money, so i am out the money i paid to ship. I do not mind if was broken, but this was sellers fault. They should at least not get shipping refunded.

You probably just wanna keep eBay for purchases only at this point. Let some other gulliable seller take the hit. It will save you in the long run.

It looks like you have a return policy so the return is not in question because returns on eBay are for any reason. You mentioned the buyer said it does not fit which sounds like a not as described request for return. Sellers have had to pay return shipping for a number of years for not as described returns.
This is a tricky area because now it is a seller said it fits these models and the buyer says nope does not fit my version of that model. All eBay can do is to have both parties return and refund.
I also wanted to point out to you that after looking at your first item listed in your active listing page : you have conflicting info? You have for condition as used yet in your description you say wording like
- untested
- sold as parts only
- no returns although you do have a 14 day return policy
The condition definitions for eBay motor listing is clear about what used is defined as and it says - Used: An item that has been used previously. The item may have some signs of cosmetic wear, but is fully operational and functions as intended.
Here is a link to review for future use ebay category condition definitions
You might need to consider spending some time clearing up some of the info to be correct because these listing will always work against you in returns requests.
Good Luck Selling!

The item you are talking about is used, not new, and i do not know if it is working. I want to be honest with a buyer, so it is bought with the understanding that you can not return it if is not working, as i have said it is untested and you buy it only for parts. Since when is being honest bad? and with over 1500 feddback at 100% i believe i know how to sell items.

When i give a part number, i expect the buyer to know if it fits his car before buying. If it does not, then it is not item not as described, item was described properly. Under the new return policy which Ebay is pressuring me into, he can now return it with no cost to him, and i eat the money i spent shipping to him. Hardly fair, as in the past the seller lost his shipping money.

Did you not look at the link I went and found to help you?
I guess I would rather you continue as you are and keep complaining about returns you are not happy with all because you have to much vain to read and learn from actual eBay policy pages.
I provided the link so you can learn to make changes that will reduce these return request that is increasing site wide due to buyer benefited policies.
Good Luck!

Then I would suggest you start your own website where you can make your own policies. At eBay they make the rules and eBay says when a buyer says it does not fit means it is not as described.
What is unfair is when seller misrepresent listings as I have pointed out to you in an earlier post, and create unpleasant buying experiences as you have and will continue to do unless you can make the changes to be in compliant with eBay policy.
Good Luck!
