If eBay wants us to use free returns I want a filter to block buyers who have made a return within the last 60 days. If they have more than %30 percent returns I want to block them from buying from me. Free returns will cause me to raise prices. Hopefully, eBay will implement this filter.

So a buyer makes a return because the seller screws up and all of a sudden can't buy anything else? How is this fair? How will this help sales?
Ebay will never provide this block. One return is hardly abusive.

LOL come on now... That's just a teensy bit of an over reaction. ONE return in the last 60? Ebay will never allow that. Sellers make mistakes as well. You want to punish buyers, for sellers mistakes. NO way to diferantiate between SNAD returns and buyers remorse returns?

I am not talking about a return for a seller fault. Yet why can't individual sellers block buyers who have used the free return within the last 60 days? If they use it often I don't want to sell to them. Why I am only using free returns for a few listings during eBays march promotion. It will only increase my conversions by 5% according to eBay. I currently offer 60 days with a 15% restocking fee and don't see how 5% increase in sales yet 10% increase in returns benefits me. A buyer searching for free returns wants the ability to rent items on the seller's dime. I have a lot of repeat customers and I treat them fairly and any mistake I make I correct as fast as possible. I just don't know if someone who needs free returns is worth the trs 10%.

Offering free returns and blocking buyers who use returns is not offering free returns. I don't see why sellers should get the benefit of "offering" free returns if they're not going to allow free returns.
That's like offering "free" shipping and charging for shipping.
