Why Is The Free Listing Promotion Not Working? Used All Of My Monthly Listings But Wants To Charge Me When I Still Have 100 Free Fixed Price Listings.

You must add 'Best offer". This is mentioned in the terms for the promotion.The promotion only works if you choose 30-day duration; nothing shorter. This is a glitch or oversight.
