Free Auctions Listings??

I somehow have free auction listings although it's not at the bottom of the screen where my promotions are and I'm not a subscriber to the whole store thing.  Is this a fluke?  I'm not being charged because I looked at my Account Balance and only saw chargers from the previous and current month's final value fee and shipping fees.

Others sellers have been reporting this as well.

Might be a glitch.  And it could be something you will be charged for after ebay fixes it.
