In the latest Free auction listing promo there is a clause that reads "Qualifying listings that do not sell during their first listing duration may automatically renew/relist outside of the Promotion Period, and will be subject to standard insertion fees."
I looked at the promo auctions I listed and the box that says automatically relist up to 9 times was NOT checked. Does that mean I'm safe from relisting or should I not take a chance and quick end all 100 just before they end?
These listings are on my ID that only has 50 free monthly listing so I would really get nailed.

An earlier thread went into this in some detail, and it was explained that the "may" would come into play "if" you have the box box checked for auto relist, or possibly were using the Quick List form where all are GTC listings.
Seems that if we did not, we should be OK with this one, but then again "may" is a coverall for eBay policy, and anything is possible. As we checked the box in the UA saying eBay can do whatever they want to, ---------then eBay can do whatever they want to.
I have some of the promo listings ending tomorrow. I will find out then.
