Facebook was also totally out earlier today. I thought I had done something wrong as well but then I checked Down Detector and saw all the comments. Then when it started to come back it reverted back to September 2018!
News said it's been down on and off today. I've never used Instagram, but I believe they also own Facebook (??) and both are experiencing issues today 🙂

Walmart website was down too because I got a text asking me about it and if I knew when it will be back up. Apparently they were not aware I don't work there anymore but I did keep it quiet so I could get stuff done in my shop before the local people found out.
