How many people are dealing with this? We, as sellers, are taking the largest financial hit due to seller fees, shipping, etc. but get none of the benefit of the doubt. Even when we have proof the customer is a serial liar and knows how to game the algorithm, support fails to helps us. In return, we get copy and pasted responses from people that do not understand what we are saying or not one iota of actual product knowledge. eBay? When is enough enough? My ratings were stellar for my first 'full time' year and you sided with a customer that has scammed his way through a decade on this site (and you KNOW it). How am I supposed to trust this platform? Right now? I can't. The worst thing is that I could write a novel and it wouldn't make a difference. Working with eBay is like screaming into the abyss except we have to pay you to do it.

Were you the victim of a crime? like mail fraud?
Or something else?
