Forward Processed - Am I covered or not?

The USPS tracking shows that an Ebay package I shipped on 7/9/20 was Out For Delivery on 7/11/20 then forwarded with the final entry being Forward Processed.  I printed the shipping label through Ebay.  My question is, if an INR is opened will I win or lose?  The buyer hasn't messaged me about the package as of yet but I did notice that a Package Research Case was opened on the 11th (not by me) and has been closed today.  Below is part of the tracking of what happened after the package went Out For Delivery (I redacted the state and zip code for privacy reasons).

Unless things have changed.  NO  Items "forwarded" to another address will not show DELIVERY to the address provided with payment.

If an item was sent to the address specified at checkout, and the item scans as 'Forwarded' from the buyer's address to another we would protect the seller in the event an Item Not Received request is opened and escalated.
