You mentioned draft listing which indicates to me these were created more than hopefully a few days ago?
If they were created as fixed price listing, this might be your issue? eBay does not allow new listings or relisted items as fixed price any longer. I am not sure what you are referring to as bulk sell but it might be bulk relist and it should be asking you to make a change? Probable wants you to change the format? Since these are drafts that were saved, this might be the issue?
