The Canada Post strike has not gone into effect yet, so the mail will keep following. They just put a ban on working overtime. I removed my listings for no reason, but can start over with new. 🙂

That is good news. Congrats! Sounds like they are getting closer to a deal. They had enough time to work it out so let's hope for the best.
Now you can put those Jeter tickets up for $100. Be a price leader and wait it out.

They were probably putting in too much overtime doing all the extra work required to ship Lions Club banners.

Unfortunately they aren't even remotely close to a deal. I'd be hesitant to have any listings up. They could call for a strike at any time.

I hate it when my mail keeps following me. Maybe you can lose your mail when the strike goes into effect.

I went on a 'time away' for 2 weeks...I went on a cruise in Canada no less a while back.
I sold quite a bit...got the money before shipping out. About 70+ orders..
I emailed each buyer when item will be mailed when paid upon my return which was 2 weeks plus.
No problems and no bad feedbacks...and got buyers saying enjoy your vacation cruise...LOL
Gotta say turning your selling off on eBay is never a good thing.
I prefer to sell even when it's time away...
Why lose advertising of your items for sale?
The 'time away' saids when we return.

Just be aware that a full strike or lockout by Canada Post could happen at ANY time.
It's a good thing that the union blinked but if a settlement is not reached pronto the situation could change quickly.
For orders you are shipping to the US, it's somewhat safe because those are usually out of the Canada Post system in 2 or 3 days. For domestic shipments you could end up with orders locked up in a Canada Post warehouse for weeks.
