For those that ship a lot of video games, what is the most economical way to ship?

Hello. I have some old video games, (turbo Grafx 16) that I am getting ready to sell.   I am looking for suggestions on shipping these small jewel case games to keep prices low but prevent squishing or cracking.   My thought was poly mailer, bubble wrapped and insert between two cut pieces of cardboard?   I obviously need to keep it under the 16 oz 1st class....Is there a better way?  Thanks.

I use a bubble mailer, wrap the game in tissue, 2 fitted pieces of cardboard (on top and the bottom), and I curl up some smaller pieces of cardboard to fit in the empty space between the cardboard to prevent "squishing". Ship first class.

Really? I would think Media Mail would be cheaper. But I do recall there is a weight range that first class is cheaper when it's too light.

I haven't used Media Mail in years

Video games do not qualify for Media Mail

First class.

Packaging depends entirely on the game.
