Need more details on what goes wrong to help. i will say that when you use copy paste to add text in chrome ir adds tons of unwanted HTML tags that may hurt the formatting. no fix is known for this chrome issue. suggest using another browser like IE if possible to paste text and see if that helps?

I have had issues with Chrome over the years, I ditched it and now use Firefox and haven't an issue since. Am running windows 7 & use IE as a backup browser.

As long as you are good now every thing isjust fine.
I stayed with Windows 7 as my WindowsOffice package won't work on Windows 10 & I got a lot of stuff on it and too cheap to buy a current package of office. Retired and all that no need for the latest and greatest

Make certain you have the latest updates of firfox and IE. I had an issue firefoxr ecently - I updated to teh latest problem solved. Just for grins try malwarebytes.org for a 14 or 21 day "free" trial to see if you have any 'bugs" that need cleaning out - it runs pretty fast & they try to hook you into a subscription. I've done it for several years and it was recommended by avery good, computer savvy friend of mine. I always clean up my cache & temp files before I run it even though it is supposed to it automatically - belt & suspenders approach I guess.
