Fixed Price Listings

Hello, I am somewhat confused by the fixed price listings are good until cancelled in accordance with a new ebay policy. My experience is that most items do not sell after 30 days. Can I simply change an unsold fixed price item? Thank you

Re: Fixed Price Listings

All you can do is manually end the listing.  If the item does not sell by day 30 it is probably not going to sell by day 29.  So you will have plenty of time and it takes less than 10 seconds to end a listing.

By the way, I got a bit nostalgic looking at the cover of your "Video '88" mag for sale.

Re: Fixed Price Listings

My experience is that ending listings is time consuming. You can not revise the listing to a similar item? Thanks

How do you know they don't sell after thirty days if you don't leave them up longer? I've sold items that were almost a year listed.

That said, yes, you can change the listing however you want. Not sure how that will mess with external search engines, and it will definitely change the listing on people's watch lists if that's applicable, but yes...you can edit the listings.

The easier you are to offend the easier you are to control.
