Got a 'Your account is about to be charged' message - no problem, it about payment for two eBay International Standard Delivery, both to same person on different dates, both for $17.00 or $34.00 total.
But ebay is charging me a total of $49.00 - The correct $17 for second label but $32 for first.
The order detail and transaction pages show the $32, but the track and manage your shipments show the correct $17.
The on site help is useless. And please don't tell me about the off site help. No pocket phone to do face-kindle
How do I get this taken care of.

On each Ebay page there is a link to contact Customer Service at the top of the page and again at the bottom of the page.
I would suggest that you contact Ebay for Business on Facebook, Instagram or Twitter for the better trained CSRs.
Here are your options for contacting Ebay Customer Service. Please be aware that for social media CS, you send them a Private Message and briefly explain what your problem or issue is. Feel free to leave your Name, address, phone number and/or your email address in this message. It is private and secure and it may help to speed up the response for you.

https://www.facebook.com/ebay
https://www.instagram.com/ebayforsellers/
Your options will be on the left. If you use the link below you can only get to the Automated Assistant or Chat box type AGENT in the box and hit enter. You will then get more options. Not all options are available 24/7. It will depend on staffing available. So sometimes you can request a call back and sometimes you can't. Sometimes you have the Chat option available and other times it won't me. If it is important to you to use one of those options, just try back later.
If you use a cell phone or other mobile device, you may need to turn off your Spam filter so that Ebay can call you.
If you are a seller outside of the US or Canada, you will need to use the Chat Option.

If you don't mind, would you please post the body of the emails you got from Ebay so we can see exactly what they said.
Did you or do you us EIS to ship internationally.

'Did you or do you us EIS to ship internationally.' -- We use "eBay International Standard Delivery"
'On each Ebay page there is a link to contact Customer Service...' -- There is no 'account - you're overcharging me' option to pick.
"I would suggest that you contact Ebay for Business"
Will NEVER go to one of those places again. Would rather let ebay keep the $15 then 'step foot' on one of those places again. Ex-employee - now in prison for child porn - trashed everyone who works here on those sites.
The email:
What it shows on 'check your summary'
The order details for first one - note the price
This is what the manage your shipment shows - again note the price
Order detail for second package - correct price
And the manage page - again correct price

Why were the photos removed?

You asked me to post the messages, I did, and this place deleted them
Why?

Hi @a-lotta-stuff . eBay International Standard Delivery (eISD) labels are not billed to your account until after shipping and the carrier physically reviews the package. I've seen a few posts lately about people being up-charged for eISD.
If the consolidator determined your weight or dimensions were off when the package was audited at the hub, that will result in a higher charge. Perhaps your package was stuck with another, affecting the weight?
The only way to dispute an eISD label charge is to contact eBay customer service. If you're going through help & contact on eBay.com I suggest waiting until after the New Year when you have a better shot at getting someone who understands the problem.

You may have posted too much information from the messages. You have to black out or delete any personal information, ID of the other member, etc. Sorry, I should have been more descriptive in my other post other than just to say post the body of the emails.

Boy but are you good.
This item - sent nov 4th - bounced back and forth from El Paso and LA FOURTEEN TIMES over three plus weeks - our PO called LA [his brother worked there] and brother got it back on the way -
Just spoke to our PO again, another call, and the brother remember the item and how the 'plastic bag had ripped so we put in a damaged packing bag' or something like that.
We remember it was 'that close' to being the next price tier.
So we most likely owe ebay the money.

We know to and did black out/cover all that stuff - did close ups showing just the prices

Ah, that probably explains it. Since the original packaging was damaged and the carrier re-packed it, that could have bumped it from 7.4 oz to over 8 oz. It's unfortunate, but stuff like that happens sometimes.
