I Know that feedback on Ebay has become a big joke but just after reaching my goal of 100% - 1000 feedback I looked and it was back to 999. For one thing I don't know why it went down, I did not know it did that.
Besides that the Jerk that left me negative feedback was a bidder that won an auction at the last minute (Only Bidder) Than IMMEDIATELY pointed out that I "misrepresented" the item and he no longer wanted it. Ok I messed up and put the word "Marono" in the Title only without the word "Like Marono" - So I apologized and canceled his bid and NEVER heard anything more, and never did anything else. This was clear back on December 10th. Now January 11 he leaves me my first ever negative feedback. "The item was mis-represented. I refused to accept it". Why was this person allowed to even leave any type of feedback at all, positive or negative. The auction and his bid were canceled he was not a buyer therefore never should have been allowed to leave feedback. I have prided myself on my 1000 positive feedback and have always bent over backwards to fix any problems that a buyer would have, which have not been very many at all over the past 25 years! I don't know what this guy was trying to pull when he bid on my item WITHOUT Looking at the pictures. UNLESS he did look at them and know that it was NOT Marona glass and bid anyways in order to teach me a lesson per-say. Because looking at the vase pictures would have made if VERY Clear to anyone that wanted to bid on this type of vase. I have sent messages to Ebay and "Reply"ed, to the feedback and blocked him as well.

To late !!
The audience for a thread on this board is wider that just the OP.
It may be too late for the OP to word his feedback response better, but it's not too late for other people reading this thread to use @inhawaii 's great advice about responding to feedback in order to learn and improve.
