Why is it eBay keeps suspending my accounting? No joke, they just completed a 5 day review in which they put my payouts on hold. They cleared me as I already had my items sold/shipped/and majority received. Granted I am a bigger ticket item seller, but they literally just completed a review. Now, two days later they suspended my payouts again pending another review. I haven’t even sold anything since the last review. It sucks they can mess with my money like this all items have been received already.
also, they’re only supposed to charge me 5% in fees, but they’ve been charging me 12.9%. They say I am a below standard seller due to them canceling items that I had for sale with active bids during the last review. They canceled 6 items saying they were out of stock. I called them to get this fixed, spoke to an American who agreed with me saying he can clearly see it is their fault. So he sent a ticket in. I received an email later on that day claiming that it is valid for me being below standard due to me canceling those active auctions. They never read or understand anything properly. The only thing I am “rest assured”!is that whenever I am forced to call customer service my account will be suspended by the end of the day. It’s like I’m being discriminated on for being successful. I’ve been calling like 15 times a day, people keep hanging up on me and lying saying I’m being unprofessional Z however, they won’t allow me access to my funds and they’re the ones being rude and unprofessional! They literally just reviewed me. When is it going to end? I don’t see how they can afford to lose a seller like me. I cleared $12k in a week, but I’ve been suspended twice for doing it.. when all items have already been received. I literally overnight anything that sells over $100. Out of my own pocket but they still suspended me. There’s no way to end it early either, they all just tell me to wait patiently. Two times in a row so far… so unfair

i sell sports cards, it clearly says it only charges .30 and 5% for sports cards regardless of amount. It’s right here in their policy. However, they’ve been charging me 12.9% because they claim I’m below standard due to them canceling active auctions with bids on them during the last review they did on me. They canceled like 6 auctions with bids saying I had no inventory so the system put me down to below standard. The American that I spoke to says they can clearly see it and it just needs to send in a ticket for th to fix it. Well, the person that read it decided to say they are valid and will not adjust me back to above standard. The only thing I am rest assured is that they’re discriminating against me because I asked to speak to someone who speaks English. I only asked for that because of all the issues they’re causing me. Why is it the American can clearly see it is their fault but they doesn’t care to notice/acknowledge/or fix it?
As I mentioned, those are NFTs. The fees for if you were Below Standard would be closer to 18-19% I think. Since it raises the fees 5% or 6%.

Yes, i saw that when a person posted another response with the correct section that i should have read. That sucks, but i should still be above standard also. The computer system reduced me to below standard due to them (eBay employee) going into my account a deleting all of active listings including ones with bids on them. Within their system while deleting the listings they had to give a reason as if I was the one deleting it, and they just randomly picked item was no longer it stock. So, those 6 auctions that had bids on them are what’s hurting my account and putting me below standard. They are refusing to fix this too. They just sent me an email saying it is valid, that’s it no explanation. When I call in they say they can clearly see it is eBay’s fault but they need to send in a ticket as that department cannot be reached by email or phone. They’re the ones who make all the decisions on the back end but they refuse to speak to anyone. The only way I can communicate with them is by calling in and hoping the agent can type what I was saying properly so things can get resolved, but so far nothing is getting done, it’s only getting worse and I have no access to my funds either. Their should be a way to contact them. I replied to one of their emails, I worded everything perfect detail, etc… only to have it sent back to me saying eBay doesn’t accept emails to that address.

Thanks, yes i noticed after the fact. Thanks guys for your assistance there. I just wish this would get fixed. I want to be a power seller. I have the inventory/drive/dedication. I just need eBay to let me do my thing, how I’ve been doing it and allow me to be successful. I can easily clear 6 figures each month.

Your best bet at this point is maybe getting in touch with eBay For Business on Facebook and see if they can help. The CS there is actually knowledgeable and has a bit more leeway in regards to helping people.

Will leave it up to those more knowledgeable than I to reply to your message.
Just wanted to tell you that, when you post here, you are addressing a very large group of experienced buyers and sellers. We volunteer our time here to help others when we can.
So I certainly hope you can understand that we are not the "You guys" who are "literally penalizing success".

5% on NTF cards, I thought those are digital cards, I may be wrong, but your cards are not digital.
Doing nothing wrong doesn't mean eBay/or payor source aren't going to watch new sellers (or old sellers for that matter).
Just wait until they ask you to upload receipts for your items even though you may have pulled them from a pack you ripped open walking down the isle of a show! You might lose your mind then.
The more success you have I am sure the less intrusion you will have.

As mentioned in Message #13, #14 and #16, and acknowledged by the OP in Message #17 and #18, the FVF for NFTs is 5%. The OP is selling physical cards, so the FVF is 12.9%
NFTs = 5% FVF
Physical cards = 12.9%

The OP acknowledged his/her misunderstanding already. Please see Message #17 and #18.

The OP never said what they were selling for mega $ in his OP and they had to be informed by commenters Have zero clue what an NFT card is, that is why I used the words "it seems" in my. post. My SWAG would be .(New For the Taking). But do know and often use that 3 letter euphemistic initialism means in texting and in conversation with folks I know well. . They only thing I know about sports cards is I had 5 shoe boxes full of baseball cards from the mid '53 thru '59 that were lost in a basement flood while I was a way at college in the late 60's.- I chewed all the bubble gum and shared some with friends and cousins. My Lionel train set from 1948 was saved and has been passed on to my son to pass on to our grandson when he turns 4 - that's when I received it from Santa. It still is fully functional and operational even the transformer.
CIAO! and Pura Vida!
FINI !

If you click on the OP's "View listings" under his/her member id on any of his/her posts, you can look at all his/her listings: active, sold, completed. That's how the rest of the responders knew s/he was selling physical cards. Also, a number of earlier posts in the thread stated unequivocally that the OP was selling physical cards, not NFTs.
As for the rest of your post, I'm not sure how it applies to the OP's situation or my posts.

From post #11:
”they’re suspending the account. It’s always right after I am forced to call them regarding a payment or something. So I know it is one of the foreign people doing it...”
The first-line overseas customer service reps don’t have the authority to suspend accounts.
