why can't I find where my fees are? I have been searching and searching and can't find fees, can't find if Ebay reimbursed me for canceled auctions, etc. And Why is ebay charging me an extra fee just because my buyer lives in a different country? why isn't that fee stated anywhere? I came across it accidently and can't find it again. Why is everything a secret now?

eBay deducts its fee from the buyer payment. If the buyer did not pay, there is nothing for eBay to reimburse.
You cannot find it because it does not exist.

eBay gives buyers 4 full days to pay. That is an eBay policy.
So the option to cancel for non-payment does not appear until that four-day grace period has passed.
If you do not see the option, I think that means you need to wait because you are not supposed to cancel yet.
By the way, this is not a secret either - it's right on the policy page about resolving unpaid items:

I wait 5 days before I cancel and I have never seen that option.

Thanks everyone for the help. I've been here since 2000 and I am old so it gets harder and harder to go with the changes. I wouldn't even be here if I wasn't poor and my SS wasn't so pitifully low but I need to eat so here I am. If I was starting out today I wouldn't even be able to follow anything here but I at least have some background from starting so early. Sometimes I need to ask for help so thanks for helping me.

Then I would humbly suggest that you might be mistaken and miscounted your days since the sale (or your most recent invoice, if you invoice buyers).
Because if it were not working, I would not have been able to cancel a transaction for non-payment earlier this week ad this board would be full of people complaining about it.
You have to wait four full days, down to the minute. So if it sold at 11:59 pm on June 1, you would need to wait until 11:59 pm on June 5 to cancel it for nonpayment.
"If the buyer still hasn't paid after you've sent the invoice, and it's been more than 4 calendar days since the listing ended, cancel the order by selecting the Cancel order button below and choosing Buyer hasn't paid in the drop down menu."

okay that was the difference. It was about 4 hours short of the 5 days. I'll know next time. thanks.
