Not sure what you are talking about.    EBAY selling fees based on (purchase price + shipping costs + sales tax) plus 30 cent handling charge.    Could be additional fees if you "promote" your items or ship to international buyers.

The closest thing to a fee charged on a fee is the fee charged on sales tax.
