The feedback section is long over due for a update......If ebay is not using the grading of the stars why show them to the buyers???? Make the star grade private for the seller to use the info. The wording with the Green vs Grey or Red could stay if they want something for furture buyers to see.
Buyers have learned ebay does not use them so grade the seller a + green then slam the stars in 2 or 3's. ebay does nothing to help sellers when a + green is given. I have been selling for 18 years and the star grading needs a update like everything else their doing. ebay is not using them to grade a seller then remove them. I work very hard to keep my rating 5's but some buyers just have to hurt you in the stars because they can. Also have found out that when a buyer is using their cell phone the stars are so close together they grad a lower star then they wanted. Now the seller was graded lower because the buyer made a mistake and ebay won't help.
Remove the stars grading all together. I hope in the furture this well happen. Knowing there are alot of changes happening and removing the stars would be really helpful relief stress to sellers. With the cost of doing business on the raise if I can get relief and lower my stress with something small it's well worth it & always helpful.
