Feedbacks

It is great to receive good feedback from buyers. What is your experience with that?

Yes it's nice to receive, but it's not required by either the buyer or the seller.  If a buyer leaves a nice comment, great!...If they don't leave a comment, I don't really care.  I care about sales and customer satisfaction.  Sales pay the bills.  Feedback does not.

Re: Feedbacks

My experience in the categories that I sell, is that buyers leave feedback, about 15% of the time.

I leave feedback for the buyer after I ship.

Re: Feedbacks

Ebay has changed the feedback protocol so many times many buyers can't easily find the new way on how to leave it.  I don't know if that's good or bad but there is less opportunity for neutral or negative responses.

Experience is that you are in Sri: and some "get rich using eBay"  thing told you that posting to the boards is a good thing for your seller metrics:

It is not good for selling. It is not good for your seller metrics.

The boards can aid you when you have a problem maybe....So if you do encounter problems ask on the boards for aid.

It's better then receiving negative feedback.

Selling that cheap junk from China, you'll probably get a good bit of negative feedback.

Have a great day.

Re: Feedbacks

We only check feedback to see if there are complaints that we can work out with the buyer or because a negative buyer might have bypassed our block list (we record locations when we block).

Re: Feedbacks

Good feedback is great. Negative feedback is not.

Re: Feedbacks

You don’t get points or added visibility for asking silly questions on the discussion boards.

Re: Feedbacks

I leave feedback for buyer when they pay,, Period!!. They've met their part of the deal at that point..

If your waiting to leave feedback for a buyer until they initiate positive feedback for you than your setting yourself up for disappointment and have an obvious confidence issue on the item or items description!!.

Bad juju!..
