Anyone who sells long enough will get a negative feedback whether they believe it's valid or not.
However as a seller, when you have an unhappy buyer, just apologize to the buyer, tell them to open a return request and issue a refund when you get the item back.
In your case, your reply to the feedback reflects way worse on you than on the buyer.

Honestly, as a seller, your nothing to eBay, they are looking for buyers, they have more sellers than they need or want, so naming and shaming buyers is not on their agenda.

On eBay, it is primarily the buyers who are protected. Sellers are the ones who accept the risk of conducting business in online commerce.
A number of years back, the feedback policy was changed so that sellers could no longer leave poor reports (negative or neutral) on buyers. That was because upset sellers were leaving unfair retaliatory negative feedback on buyers who left them justifiable negs.
It is just bad for business to denigrate one’s buyer in a public shaming.
In addition, a seller who engages in blaming, angry, defensive, and/or name-calling behavior only make themself look bad, and lacking in professionalism. That is no way to handle criticism. Nor is it necessary, or desirable, to leave warnings for other sellers in feedback follow-up comments. That’s because the audience one should be concerned about is the future buyer. Other sellers’ opinions do not affect one’s sales—it is buyer opinion that will matter.
Sadly, the OP’s response to their neg is most unfortunate and ill-advised. It is always better to maintain one’s cool in the face of a critical review, to avoid undermining one’s own credibility in the marketplace.
