I think Ebay should have a Human Being to talk to this Robot Stuff is Nerve racking.  Anyway, I received a Negative Feedback because I did not respond to someone until they received the 5 day notice of my item going to end.  So now I'm stuck with this comment. I have nothing to do with the notice going out and how do i know whos watching the auction..... REALLY.....So here we are talking among ourselves paying fee for what....nobodys home only a Robot to drive you straight up a WALL.,

The human beings who talk to you have little or no authority. They make promises.

The phone reps have a terrible reputation for getting you off the phone as soon as possible even if that means giving you the advice you want to hear instead of the advice you need to have.

The social media Chat accounts are covered by trained eBay employees with some authority.

They are also real people.

Sometimes they will even phone you back but usually the typed Chat is preferred.
It gives them time to think about replies and to research policies.
And you get a transcript so you can compare what you heard with what you were told.

You sold an item.

The buyer paid.??

You shipped??

Where does five days come into this?
If the buyer did not pay within 96hours, you can have an automatic Cancellation kick in.

EBay does notify the buyer at purchase and again at least once.

If the seller re-invoices the buyer it just moves the 96 hours further out.

The FB can only be left by a winning bidder.

That was a neutral feedback, the negative feedback you received was for dirty clothes.

Leaving negative comments in buyers feedback is a policy violation and the buyer should report it.
