Question, how do I hide the final sale price at my buyer bought an item for? Is there also a way to hide the item description?

If he made an offer that you accepted, no one but you, the seller, can see it. No way to hide the description in the final sale.

No, sellers can’t hide anything in feedback. The only way it might be possible is to have your listings set to private. But that won’t change anything already sold.

Yes, when you set up a listing you can choose to set it as "Private" so that feedback will not show any information about the listing (title, price, listing number, or link to the listing). However, many potential buyers see "Private" in feedback and think you are hiding something. And, well, you are.

Why would you want to hide what you have sold ? Typically only those selling porn hide their stuff. Many buyers like to see what you have listed AND what you have sold in making their decision to buy from you.
