I barely have buyer buying multiple items at once and leaving feedback for all items. So I just notice that multiple feedbacks from the same buyer counts as 1. Do you think it is fair? Also is what about star rating left for 3 items but counted as one and Ebay picks the worst rating as buyer made mistake/didn’t make sure item is the same as his.

Well, would it be fair if a buyer purchased multiple items and left negatives for each one and they all counted against your seller metrics?

Yes I think it is fair. You can have na]egative removed if it is  false.  There is less chance of getting that many negatives unless you really screw up.

If you counting one feedback then why are you counting star rating for all?

I learned life wasn't fair in first or second grade.  Haven't worried too much about since.  I know that is how some things are.

Does it really matter if you have 654 or 656? It wouldn't to me, if I was a buyer. Hang in there.
