A buyer of mine gave negative feedback that he regrets. Neither I nor him can figure out for him to reverse it. Help.

If you go here you can request feedback to be revised or changed:
https://www.ebay.com/help/home
Just type that in and they should send your customer a way to change it. I have done it the past when a buyer left me a negative and it was meant for another customer.

If you scroll to the bottom of your feedback page there is a link to request feedback revision. If too much time hasn't passed, you can send a formal request to your buyer, who then has about 10 days to respond to revise the feedback.
