Where did you find the neg or red hickey as I call them ???
My SWAG says IF one did get a neg FB and eBay court of appeals declined the removal one get to wear it for 366 days (this is a leap year) - get one next year and you will only have to wear it for 365 days.
PS: I did receive an absolutely uncalled for NEG when a buyer ordered the wrong part umber item and in plain sight called me a couple back alley names - here are the key letter G D M F . eBays reason for declining was they didn't have a policy for using guttural language in a Feedback reply the world of eBay sometimes moves in mysterious ways.
BTW - never received all A's on my report cards from K to 12 or 4.0s on my college transcripts.

BTW That was the 1 and only neg I received in 1665 items shipped and delivered and it didn't hurt one single bit to wear around my neck for 365 days
