Hey guys so I had someone leave me negative feedback and it only shows me the very first snip it of what it says. How can you view the full feedback that was left so you can take the appropriate actions.

Yep, you're only allowed 80 characters for feedback. But, did you not ship the item to the buyer? If not, why not?

It appears in their rambling, incoherent mess of feedback that they were also ignorant to the fact that what they were trying to type was being cut off.

I suppose it is possible you could call ebay and try to get them to remove that nonsense, but it's unlikely.

Hello so we had a hiccup in our first time around. After she won the bid I made the shipping label online for a medium flat rate box. Well when I went to ship the item it would not fit in the flat rate box. The postal service said that because it is international they could not override the box it goes in. I told the customer that I would cancel the order and we could start over from scratch. The postal service told me to try and get a refund back and just bring my package to them and they would get me squared away. With that said she started bashing me through message on how I was pretty much a piece of **bleep** of a person and how my name which was firefighterodonnell to begin with was so inacurate of the person I was not selling the item to her. She actually asked me if I was a true firefighter or if I was a coat tail rider which was so hurtful. That was the reason I changed my name because those words cut deep. I sent the package out today and told her the tracking number and asked that she redue her words on experience. I told her that I dont care if she keeps in negative but that what I could see was uncalled for. I also reported her as a buyer just for the messages she sent me when I was just trying to make right of the situation.
