I dunno... Just kinda frustrated I guess... this morning I got the first negative feedback I have had in years.. the buyer says they didn't receive the item, that I refused a refund without the buyer them formally opening an Ebay case , and that I was rude. But here's the thing. I always check my messages and respond to buyers and I didn't remember anything about this item not being received. So I double checked and nope, no messages from this buyer. The first I heard of this was when I saw the negative feedback remarks. But wait, that's not all, I checked when I mailed it and the delivery window, I mailed it the day it was paid and the delivery window starts today and ends three days from now. I first saw the feedback early this morning. I refunded the buyer immediately, explained the situation to both the buyer and Ebay in requests that the negative feedback be removed....Ebay responded quickly saying they would not remove the feedback . I haven't heard back from the buyer. The Item was sent first class letter (no tracking) because the price of the item was 2.00 and and the lowest tracked postage was 3 dollars and change. What's the moral/ of this story?

The buyer retracted their feedback 🙂 yeaaaayyy ... This (negative feedback ) has only happened a couple times in the 23 years I've been selling stuff on ebay... it just really bugs me when it happens... I think it's only the second time somebody left negative feedback. I try really hard to be over the top straight arrow . always have, just doing this for fun and to get rid of a ton of stamps I've accumulated over a lifetime. couldn't afford the time to do it if i wasnt retired.
