Normally this isn’t an issue, either a transaction was great where positive feedback is left or it was meh, I leave no feedback, and just move on from it.
Decided to try some off brand thermal labels. Bought said labels (which work awesome with my rollo btw ❤️)! Sellers shipping/service/product was excellent. So what’s the problem you ask?
Seller used a Priority box “hidden” inside of a poly bag, utilizing USPS ground and not Priority. I understand why they did this as labels were $22 with free shipping. Box was heavy (2000 labels), so more than a few pounds.
Now I know many think, no big deal, you received what you purchased and loved it so this should just be a carry on, let it go thing … but … I use priority padded flat rate envelopes almost every day and do not want these free supplies to go away because of the abuse.
Think if it was a unknowledgeable new seller or very small seller, I may have let this one slide but it is a BIGGER seller (1300 pos feedback/12 neutral/2 neg last 30 days). So is this a leave nothing, move on and forget it or 🤔. I really shouldn’t be this po’d as I received better than expected product/deal. Help! Lol
Many thanks for thoughts on this matter!

>>> This comes up in Facebook posts all the time <<<
… is a very telling sign …
This seller made it my business when he shipped package to me
… you tell me to mind my business yet here you are …
I appreciate the input

LOL … true, just one package, you got me there.
I’m sure out of the many many many of this exact item he sold before mine, I was the only one shipped like this! Terrible of me to even think that this seller is abusing the system 😂!

Convenience Stores sell 2 things I cannot stand. Cigarettes and Alcohol. Do I make it my business to air my disgust with their choice of selling Alcohol and Cigarettes every time I walk into one to buy my Arizona Tea, my Lottery Tickets, so on. No I do not.
Same here. It's none of your business what that Seller uses as packing material. Their contract with you is to get you the item you as per agreed upon. Seller did just that. Leaving a Negative or Neutral because you don't agree with what they used for packing materials makes you one of "those buyers". Don't be one of those Buyers.
As far as.....… you tell me to mind my business yet here you are …
You brought it. Deal with it. 😜

You probably aren't the only one. But if you do decide to give a neutral, I would just say word it carefully.
"Shipped in a concealed free Priority box with Ground shipping label" = fact
"Ships in concealed free Priority boxes with Ground shipping labels" = libel 🤣
I see negs like that all the time, extrapolating seller practices from one purchase. I don't know if it's grounds for removal in itself, but it should be.

Lol … Thanks for the chuckles … what do you call us TRS+ sellers on your about page? Oh yeah, soft 😂 Ooooo big scary retired guy … welcome to the boards! 😁

Honestly as my original post stated, I’ve only left positive feedback or nothing. I’m just frustrated with packages I receive like this as it’s been happening more and more. Think this one was just the straw. Maybe more so now knowing eBay will be leaving feedback if I don’t.
I’ve had some good suggestions/advice and I appreciate everyone’s input! People can get sideways about some of this and I’m happy to just end this discussion here. Lol
Thank you!!

@hotwheelsbum Your analogy is far from analogous.
Just saying.
You know what they say about opinions.....

So, are you over the moon with your better than expected product/deal ?
If you are over the moon, leave no feedback or a positive.
I love being over the moon with items received and I don't care how the sellers shipped them.
